Clem will write the company who the domain was purchased from with a eurekagreens.com email address (that Kaitlin will set up for him), Jared has said that he will help get a signature from Xandra if needed. Clem will ask the company what the process is to change the agent for the site.

6. New Business
A. Publicity/Voter Registration/Fundraising Brainstorm

  • Work with the County GROW Committee (which is Dana Silvernale & David Blatte)
  • Table at the 4th of July event, table/register voters at Arts Alive
  • Clem has some interest in helping with outreach, but he isn’t sure if he can join the GROW Committee, also kind of interested in Communications.
  • Hannah could use some help on the Communications Committee to let people know about upcoming meetings and events.
  • Musical event to publicize General Assemblies.
  • We could make a poster for our meetings each time and also include the other County functions (upcoming County Council meetings, General Assemblies, Northern Humboldt meetings)
  • Another yard sale this summer on Saturday, July 28th – Clem has a good location (8th & I Street) – David would be willing to help with this (his house would work to store stuff, Clem will ask his housemates if his house would work. If we make it a Humboldt County Green Party Yard Sale and ask others to help us staff and bring items. Clem will email out a list of tasks and deadlines so we can start to plug people in.
